We are currently looking for a Project Lead – Quality Management to join our team.


  • Lead the establishment of an IT quality management (QM) strategy and methodology and for the application management process.
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership on quality management processes. 
  • Develop, train, and mentor staff to ensure that processes are executed in a manner that is repeatable.
  • Incorporate industry tools and technology in to the QM practice to achieve higher maturity and scale.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve quality management practices and processes to ensure that organization continues to improve and mature as desired and required.
  • Responsible for the development of an overall Quality Management and Assurance strategy to support current project efforts as well as create sustainable post go-live practices.
  • Develop the strategy with other key resources with a focus on maturity of the quality management capabilities and resources.
  • Develop and manage a quality management roadmap that clearly defines each of the key steps and milestones that need to be accomplished to in order ensure that the strategy is achieved.
  • Develop education and communicate strategy with leadership, application management teams and campus partners.
  • Manage and adapt strategy to ensure that the needs and goals adapt as the organization matures and new challenges arise.
  • Serve as the key expert in quality management practice for the organization.
  • Lead the development of a quality management and assurance methodology and best practices for: System testing, End to End testing, Performance testing, Vendor/SaaS Releases testing, data environment testing and other testing practices.
  • Lead and establish a Quality control (QC) methodology for Test planning, Test development, Test documentation, Automated Testing, Test repository management etc.
  • Lead and establish Quality assurance (QA) methodology for Effort estimation & management, Test coverage, testing reports and metrics.
  • Develop, establish and deliver training on QM best practices for project teams, testing resources, leadership, and other project stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations and responsibilities. 
  • Define the roles and responsibilities for quality assurance with projects and in the organization.
  • Manage and monitor the methodology to ensure that it is adjusted where appropriate, over time, to continue to meet organizational demands and maturity.
  • Lead project and organizational team members in the development of testing plans, test cases, test scenarios, and actual testing execution based on the established methodology
  • Perform QM effort planning to meet organizational demand by partnering with leadership, project managers, and others to evaluate needs.
  • Lead and direct project teams to update test plans, ensure accuracy and consistency, and foster an environment of continual process improvement.
  • Train and coach team members and other staff to ensure a common process for quality assurance and control, established and practiced across the organization.
  • Mentor and train QM analysts, subject matter experts and stakeholders on QM best practices. 
  • Develop an onboarding and training plan to ensure that this is done consistently.
  • Develop project health reports based on established metrics to project teams and stakeholders
  • Manage and monitor issues report from service delivery team that are escalated to vendors.
  • Regularly assess growth in demands for QM service.
  • Lead the evaluation and purchase of test case management and automation software tools to support more effective testing.
  • Evaluate and recommend leading QM technologies that are essential to maintain a highly mature QM practice.
  • Develop and implement standards for the maintenance of testing repositories for the department to ensure consistency.


  • Bachelor’ s degree and 7 years equivalent experience in process development, business analysis, or quality assurance planning or protocols, or equivalent combination of education & experience
  • Experience in expectation setting on process across a large and complex Information Technology organization
  • Experience in QA and technical analysts in establishing standards for testing, change management, and a culture of continual process improvement.
  • Ability to influence people and processes at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to interact cohesively in a collaborative and cross functional team environment
  • Excellence in providing customer service and understanding customer expectations
  • Excellent oral and written communications
  • Ability to provide training individually or in a classroom setting
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical aptitude
  • Self-disciplined and self-motivated
