Job Description
Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract-to-hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the St. Louis and Kansas City areas. We are currently looking for an IT Project Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and maintenance of detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation.
Coordinate across teams to ensure project tasks are on track and aligned with objectives.
Collaborate with executive stakeholders to understand project goals, define scope, and track progress.
Schedule and facilitate meetings, status updates, and project reviews.
Identify and flag potential project risks or roadblocks and help drive solutions.
Support the implementation of technology initiatives across business operations.
Ensure proper communication and documentation of all project-related activities.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of project coordination or project management experience.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in working with executive-level stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar.
Basic understanding of IT systems and terminology.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with compliance or regulated systems.
Exposure to Agile or other project management methodologies.
Ability to translate business needs into actionable tasks.
