We are currently looking for a Program Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
Evaluate business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions that meet operational needs.
Lead continuous reviews of processes to drive optimization strategies and improve efficiency.
Stay current on the latest advancements in technology and business processes, ensuring our systems remain cutting-edge.
Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas, insights, and findings with key stakeholders.
Perform detailed requirements analysis and effectively document business processes and recommendations.
Communicate project insights and plans clearly to cross-functional team members and management.
Gather and synthesize critical information from stakeholders, turning it into actionable insights and reports.
Collaborate with business partners, technical teams, and management to ensure successful project execution.
Provide leadership, training, and guidance to teams, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
Manage resources effectively while maintaining cost efficiency and achieving business objectives.
Ensure proposed solutions align with business needs and deliver measurable results.
Lead user acceptance testing and ensure successful project delivery.
Oversee project timelines by developing comprehensive project plans and tracking performance.
Maintain and update standard operating procedures to ensure they reflect current business processes.
Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and resource availability.
Serve as the liaison between stakeholders, users, and technology teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Monitor deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
Required Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 3 years in program management, business analysis, or a related field. Experience in leasing, particularly in railcar leasing, is a plus.
Skills: Strong leadership and analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Organization: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks while managing competing resources and deadlines.
Problem-solving: A strategic thinker with the ability to assess and solve complex business challenges.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field. An MBA is preferred but not required.
