Job Description

We are currently looking for Program Development Specialist to join our team.

We are currently looking for Program Development Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Reviews existing training programs; suggest enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of business partners, the organization, or the regulatory environment
- Ensures the training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective
- Maintains knowledge of new methods, techniques for training and training requirements applicable to the business or the organization
- Identifies problems and opportunities such as operational changes or regulatory developments that training could improve
- Develops and monitors KRI’s and metrics to improve decision-making and drive training capabilities
- Collaborates with vendors and third-party training providers to arrange employee registration for and participation in outside training programs
- Prepares and implements the training budget
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education, Business Management, Business/Administration, Information Technology, Communication, or Human Resources
- At least 7 years’ experience working in a global company with a focus on training and development management (essential)
- Advanced skills working with Microsoft suite of tools – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience working in Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, and Confluence
- Familiarity with modern and traditional training methods
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to plan, manage time and multitask effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Critical thinking with innovative problem-solving skills
- Good collaboration and teamwork skills
- Data Privacy / Cybersecurity experience
- Experience working in Articulate, or other training development tools
- Experience with Cornerstone or similar LMS system
