We are currently looking for a Principle Enterprise Architect (EA) to join our team.
Drive the overall Architecture strategy that supports the business strategy.
Collaborate with the business in understanding the strategic goals and translates that into architectural requirements.
Develop architecture solutions at conceptual, logical, and physical level for core platforms.
Continue to build / optimize Architecture best practices and drive the change across the organization, both at the technology and business teams.
Take the leadership role in communicating and getting consensus with the technology direction for the company.
Provide leadership during technology discussions.
Lead the Architecture Review Board (ARB) committee.
Work with the application development team in ensuring architecture compliance including Information Security requirements during the implementation phase.
Invest time in researching the technology trends and capabilities, especially in the digital and Financial Industry, and leverage the knowledge to drive the right technical direction.
Assist with solving and conducting root cause analysis for critical production issues.
Push the culture of innovation.
Bachelor’s degree, Computer science, digital strategy, business management, or relevant field.
Previous experience in banking or financial services institution preferred.
10+ years of technology experience.
Experience with technology solutions in the Financial industry.
Excellent technical expertise that will inspire and encourage creative and collaborative problem solving.
Excellent leadership and communication skills that enables the role to drive change across the organization.
Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, communication, and negotiating skills.
Ability to think outside the box and solve problems creatively.
Extensive knowledge of online / mobile space and ability to identify key technology trends and competitive advantages.
Experience with cloud technologies and solutions.
Experience in driving data strategy.
Proven ability to meet or exceed client satisfaction standards through timely delivery of quality products and solutions.
Ability to think and act strategically and proactively.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Works collaboratively with other teams to improve performance, efficiency, effectiveness, and growth opportunities throughout the organization.
