We are currently looking for a PeopleSoft Developer to join our team.

We are currently looking for a PeopleSoft Developer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Development and Customization: Design, develop, and customize PeopleSoft applications based on business requirements, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
- Code Review and Optimization: Conduct code reviews, identify areas for optimization, and implement improvements to ensure optimal performance and maintainability of PeopleSoft applications.
- Integration: Collaborate with other development teams and third-party vendors to integrate PeopleSoft applications with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve issues related to PeopleSoft applications, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime and ensure a smooth user experience.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, test plans, and user guides, to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure the sustainability of PeopleSoft solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, system administrators, and end-users to gather requirements, understand business processes, and provide technical expertise in the development of PeopleSoft solutions.
- Upgrades and Enhancements: Stay informed about the latest PeopleSoft technologies and updates. Plan and execute upgrades and enhancements to ensure that PeopleSoft applications remain current and aligned with industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a PeopleSoft Developer with expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, and Application Engine.
- Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, data structures, and integration points.
- Experience with PeopleSoft modules such as HRMS, Financials, and Supply Chain is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- PeopleSoft certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL, Oracle databases, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft Fluid User Interface.
