Oracle Fusion ERP Implementation Consultant
Job Description
Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract to hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the St. Louis and Kansas City areas. We are currently looking for an Oracle Fusion ERP Implementation Consultant (SME) to join our team.
Responsibilities
• Lead and support the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP
• Serve as the primary Oracle Fusion Subject Matter Expert during implementation
• Partner with internal stakeholders and third party implementation partners
• Support migration of data from legacy systems, including PeopleSoft
• Cleanse, validate, transform, and reconcile data for migration
• Load data into Oracle Fusion using standard templates and data import tools
• Provide guidance on configuration decisions and system capabilities
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure accurate data mapping
• Support system testing including SIT and UAT, reconciliation, and issue resolution
• Document data mappings, processes, and implementation procedures
• Provide functional and technical support for legacy systems during transition
Required Qualifications
• Hands on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP
• Proven experience supporting or leading an Oracle Fusion ERP implementation
• Strong data migration and data conversion expertise
• Experience extracting, transforming, and loading financial data
• Ability to operate independently as the primary SME
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross functionally
• Ability to work onsite in a hybrid environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience migrating from PeopleSoft Financials
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP
• Experience in large scale ERP transformation initiatives
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials; Oracle Fusion HCM experience is also a plus

• Occasional overtime may be required during key implementation phases
