Adaptive Solutions Group is partnering with a growing organization on their search for an Operations Analyst. This role will support business operations through data analysis, reporting, client deliverables, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, technical aptitude, and the ability to work cross-functionally to solve complex business and data challenges.
Position Overview
The Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting reporting, analytics, client projects, and operational processes. This individual will work with internal teams to gather insights, maintain reporting workflows, validate data accuracy, and provide actionable information to support business decisions.

Position Overview
The Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting reporting, analytics, client projects, and operational processes. This individual will work with internal teams to gather insights, maintain reporting workflows, validate data accuracy, and provide actionable information to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support monthly reporting, analytics, research requests, and client deliverables
- Assist with client engagements while ensuring processes, requirements, and regulatory guidelines are followed
- Manage and support special projects and operational initiatives
- Analyze data and provide insights to internal teams and stakeholders
- Maintain recurring weekly and monthly reporting workflows and deliverables
- Gather metrics and assist with the development and delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Validate data accuracy by analyzing schemas, reviewing data pipelines, and troubleshooting data feeds
- Identify process improvements and help resolve technical and operational challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
- Perform additional duties and projects as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Business Technology, or a related field
- 3-6 years of professional experience in analytics, operations, financial technology, audit, banking, or a related field
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, and Azure is highly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Experience supporting projects and managing multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently
- Experience working with financial data, reporting platforms, or technology-driven environments
- Familiarity with data workflows, integrations, and data validation processes
- Ability to translate technical data into meaningful business insights
