Schedule: On site, Monday through Friday

We are currently looking for a Network Technician to join our team.

We are currently looking for a Network Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities

Configure and prepare network hardware for deployment in a production environment

Perform system imaging, firmware updates, and licensing tasks on network devices
-
Build and validate equipment including routers, switches, and wireless devices
-
Execute testing procedures to ensure devices meet quality and performance standards
-
Identify and troubleshoot basic configuration issues prior to deployment
-
Document work completed, including configurations and test results
-
Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of builds
-
Follow structured processes, build guides, and technical documentation
-
Communicate issues clearly and escalate when needed
-
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain production timelines and quality
Required Qualifications
-
2+ years of hands-on experience working with network or data center equipment
-
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, routing, switching, wireless basics)

Experience working from technical instructions or standardized build documentation
-
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency
-
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues
-
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, task-driven environment
-
Strong communication skills and team-first mindset
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience supporting high-volume hardware build or staging environments
-
Exposure to quality assurance or device validation processes

Familiarity with tracking tools or ticketing systems in a production setting
