Job Description


Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract-to-hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the St. Louis and Kansas City areas.

We are currently looking for a Marketing Technologies Director to join our team.
Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and optimize marketing systems and platform integrations that support internal teams and client-facing operations.

  • Oversee the setup, support, and maintenance of marketing tools and platforms.

  • Manage vendor relationships and conduct product evaluations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external clients to configure conversion tracking, third-party tool integrations, and analytics properties.

  • Coordinate system offboarding processes with account management teams.

  • Communicate tool outages, maintenance updates, and system alerts to internal stakeholders.

  • Lead internal training sessions on marketing technologies and tools.

  • Own and manage dashboard onboarding, quality assurance, and ongoing maintenance processes.
Required Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on marketing technology.

  • Proven history of implementing and managing marketing technology platforms.

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics (including GA4) and Google Tag Manager.

  • Experience with local business management tools (e.g., Yext, Google Business Profile).

  • Working knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads platforms.

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical issues quickly.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.

  • Experience managing vendor relationships and leading tool evaluations.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with call tracking systems such as WhatConverts.

  • Prior experience in a marketing agency or consulting environment.
