Job Description

Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract-to-hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the Kansas City and St. Louis areas.

We are currently looking for a Manager- Cloud Administration to join our team.


Responsibilities
  • Supervising all Cloud Administration staff.
  • Establishing and maintaining quality customer relationships.
  • Participating in architecting, planning, and deploying technology solutions to support the needs of the Firm.
  • Managing and documenting systems configurations.
  • Establishment and timely completion of formalized projects.
  • Develop and convey to peers and leadership all recommendations for change to increase the overall level of service to the organization.
  • Evaluating alternatives and investigating outsourcing vendors.
  • Assessing service/performance risks and planning for contingencies.
  • Maintain Windows Servers, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, O365.
  • Maintain collaboration technologies like Microsoft Teams.
  • Perform and maintain the technology aspect of the employee onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Administrating systems, server and Active Directory security.
  • Maintain systems such as Intune, mobile device management, Ivanti AppSense, and cloud services.
  • Managing and documenting systems configurations.
  • Assessing service/performance risks and planning for contingencies.
  • Managing life-cycle of computer systems.
  • Create, maintain, and improve process documentation for device and application management across AD/Azure/Intune, including detailed work instructions, security groups, and policies. Train other IT staff on these processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with major coursework in a related field; Industry certifications preferred.
  • 7 years’ management experience in a related field required, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Ability to manage a large capital and expense budget.
  • Experience migrating to and managing infrastructure in a cloud environment (IaaS and PaaS), such as Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services.
