We are currently looking for a Lead Workday Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities
Responsible for designing, implementing, documenting, continuously improving as well as testing processes and procedures
Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of Workday
Support organization initiatives and proactively partner with them on projects, technology advancements, and other initiatives that support the organizations’ Blue Chips.
Experience in support and maintenance of Workday HCM modules
Ability to own and drive HR Technology related projects comprising internal and external team members
Manage the project life cycle of large projects from initiation to delivery and post implementation support
Actively participating in Workday Community to understand new functionality and best practice solutions
Maintains awareness of current trends in Workday Reporting and best practices.
Required Qualifications
Required Education: Bachelor’s degree
Other Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in HR related field or 3-5 years human resources work experience. Experience working with Workday and other HRIS systems. Ability to problem solve and drive solutions to complex requirements
Experience Managing and Supporting a complex HRIS environment (Workday)
Experience working within a complex multinational matrix organization is a plus
Workday Pro Certification
Minimum Years of Experience: 5 to 8 years
exposure to various HR-related departments (Human Resources, Compensation, Benefits, Labor Relations, Payroll, Talent)
High degree of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of data
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong desire to continue learning about new HCM technologies
Ability to build strong partnerships identify opportunities and take action to work collaboratively.
Experience working with Workday.
Strong oral and written communication skills demonstrate ability to share and impart knowledge both in individual and group settings.
Ability to translate moderately complex systems concepts to non-technical users in a productive and supportive manner.
Ability to quickly adapt to new methods, work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work well within a team environment and participate in department/team projects
Ability to liaise effectively with individuals across a wide variety of operational, functional, and technical disciplines.
