Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract to hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the Kansas City, St. Louis, and Denver Areas.

 

We are currently looking for an Integration Support Specialist  to join our team.

 

Responsibilities
  • Onboard new merchants and generate Sandbox keys necessary for client testing.
  • Perform basic test transactions to ensure the sandbox keys are working.
  • Send documentation, test cards and keys for client testing.
  • Monitor Slack Channel for each integration and assist with client questions related to API integration or HPP configuration, plugin integration and configuration.
  • Troubleshoot problems or issues with applications (looking at logs, looking at customer software for suggestions).
  • Interest in learning new technologies.
  • Daily problem management/incidents within the production, pre-production environments.
  • Create Certification test scripts based on client integration.
  • Schedule time with Client to perform certification testing.
  • Validate activity from certification testing and ensure test results are as expected.
  • Setup a call with support team for production handoff.
  • Prepare documentation for deployments and enhancements of new software.
  • Communication to customers and internal support.

 

Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years related experience.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact with customers.
  • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
  • Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting SDKs – for IOS, Android and Windows
  • Experience working with REST APIs (postman, SOAP UI etc.…)
  • Payments industry experience a plus
