We are currently looking for a Network Engineer II to join our team. Responsibilities
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain data and application networks across enterprise environments.
Administer, monitor, and maintain IT and digital communication infrastructure, including wireless, LAN, and WAN networks.
Coordinate with third-party carriers, vendors, and service providers to ensure network reliability and performance.
Install and upgrade network-specific hardware for remote and branch office locations.
Update and maintain comprehensive network documentation.
Manage incidents and change requests using an established ticketing system.
Participate in an on-call rotation and serve as a first point of contact for issue escalations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
2–4 years of experience implementing, designing, and troubleshooting data networks.
Working knowledge of computer, network, and telecommunication systems.
Strong logic and reasoning skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent written, verbal, and customer service skills.
Ability to convey technical information in a clear and user-friendly manner.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a global team.
Certifications Required: CompTIA Network+ or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
