Job Description
Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract to hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the St. Louis and Kansas City areas.
We are currently looking for a Cyberark Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities
Design and implement Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using Cyberark.
Lead the technical design and architecture for complex Cyberark deployments.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into Cyberark solutions.
Ensure Cyberark solutions meet security, compliance, and auditing requirements.
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements within the Cyberark platform.
Setup and maintain Cyberark multi-region active-active environments in cloud platforms.
Provide support for audit requests related to identity and access management.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
Troubleshoot complex Cyberark and identity management system issues.
Maintain thorough documentation for configurations, workflows, integrations, and policies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Cyberark features, industry trends, and best practices.
Design, implement, and manage Sailpoint / IdentityNow solutions as needed.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in identity and access management (IAM).
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Cyberark.
Deep knowledge of Cyberark architecture, provisioning, Safe policy management, PSM connectors, CPM, and Password Rotation.
Strong understanding of IAM frameworks, security models, and access control principles (RBAC, ABAC, least privilege, segregation of duties).
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements related to IAM (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).
Experience with tools such as SailPoint IdentityNow/IdentityIQ, ServiceNow, Okta, Microsoft Azure AD.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver on-time in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Cyberark Certification.
CISSP, CISM, or other IAM-related certifications.
Experience with agile methodologies.
