Job Title: Wireless Network Engineer
We are currently looking for a Wireless Network Engineer to join our team. Must be local to St. Louis.

We are currently looking for a Wireless Network Engineer to join our team. Must be local to St. Louis.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise wireless networks using Aruba and Cisco solutions.
- Install, configure, and maintain wireless access points and switches.
- Monitor and optimize WLAN performance to ensure seamless connectivity and high availability.
- Troubleshoot complex wireless network issues using packet capture and RF analysis tools.
- Develop and maintain wireless network documentation, including configurations and procedures.
- Assist in training and knowledge transfer related to LAN/WAN implementations and support.
- Collaborate with security teams to enforce wireless access control and compliance policies.
- Support and modernize wireless infrastructure in both warehouse and corporate environments.
- Participate in occasional travel for internal training and site support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in:
- Wireless network design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Aruba and Cisco wireless infrastructure (controllers, APs, authentication mechanisms).
- WLAN protocol configuration and optimization.
- Enterprise-grade IP network administration.
- VLAN segmentation, network security, and NAC solutions (e.g., ClearPass).
- Strong experience with WLAN protocols and enterprise wireless environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CCNA, Aruba ACMP, or CWNA.
- Prior experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC).
- Hands-on experience with controller and cloud-managed wireless platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of 802.11 protocols, RF design, and tools like Ekahau.
- Experience in warehousing wireless environments.

- ClearPass, Ekahau (or similar), RF analysis tools, packet capture tools.
- Enterprise-grade IP networks, VLAN segmentation, NAC.
