We are currently looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Deliver innovative solutions to technical and business problems, ensuring effective customer service and swift issue resolution.
Continually improve programs and processes using ITIL best practices, ensuring efficient execution of all production enterprise systems.
Monitor resource consumption to rebalance jobs and ensure efficient use of available resources.
Analyze production systems and application changes, providing ongoing impact assessment on data integrity issues.
Collaborate with application developers to create Tidal and Robot Scheduler job scripts and implement scheduled changes.
Maintain a high-quality data processing environment through effective compliance and adherence to production job, system and server standards.
Bachelor’ s degree in Information Systems or related field.
3-5 years’ experience in technical roles preferred.
Solutions-driven with a strong focus on customer service.
Accountable, resourceful and able to efficiently manage multiple competing demands.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
