Job Description

We are currently looking for a Lead Development Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities

Oversee the execution of complex technology projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

Manage multiple development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.

Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable strategies.

Provide regular updates on project progress, technical advancements, and key challenges to leadership.

Define, review, and communicate technical architecture, including evaluating architecture decision records.

Participate in technical discussions to ensure alignment across projects and initiatives.

Refine workflows and development processes to improve efficiency and reduce delivery cycles.

Drive the adoption of agile methodologies to foster flexibility and iterative project execution.

Optimize resource allocation, balancing talent, tools, and budgets to maximize results.

Cultivate strong relationships with business stakeholders to build trust in technical strategies.
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

10+ years of experience in technology delivery, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing large, multi-disciplinary teams.

Proven success in delivering complex, enterprise-scale solutions with a focus on innovation and scalability.

Strong knowledge of system architecture, cloud platforms, and modern development frameworks.

Expertise in agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and performance optimization.

Deep understanding of security standards and compliance requirements.

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire development teams.
-
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.

Experience managing off-shore teams.
Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree in a related field.

Hands-on experience with enterprise cloud migrations and modern architecture design.

Familiarity with emerging technologies and their application to large-scale system delivery.
