We are currently seeking a Vice President of IT Operations to join our team.
Job Overview:
The Vice President of IT Operations will lead and evolve enterprise IT infrastructure and operations in a high-growth environment. This role is responsible for delivering operational excellence, managing complex systems, and supporting a culture of innovation and employee engagement. Reporting to the CIO, this position is key to the organization’s future technology leadership succession.
Responsibilities:

Drive IT operational strategy in alignment with long-term business goals.

Lead infrastructure initiatives involving data centers, networks, cloud services, and security.

Oversee incident, problem, and change management, with a focus on continuous improvement and automation.

Mentor and develop a high-performing IT operations team.
-
Manage relationships with vendors and ensure high-quality service delivery.
-
Administer budgets efficiently, identifying cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.
-
Ensure operational compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
-
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align IT services with organizational needs.
-
Evaluate and adopt new technologies that support scalability and innovation.
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field and 8+ years in senior IT leadership roles
– OR – Associate degree with 10+ years,
– OR – High school diploma with 15+ years of relevant experience.

Expertise in Microsoft and Cisco platforms.
-
Demonstrated success in data center strategy and infrastructure management.
-
Proven ability to lead teams, influence executive decision-making, and manage vendor relationships.
-
Experience implementing scalable operational processes in high-growth environments.

Willingness and ability to respond during off-hours as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Business Administration or related technical field.
-
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and ITSM practices.

Experience in service desk or technical support leadership.
-
Exposure to multiple enterprise technology ecosystems.

Prior involvement in culture-focused or employee-first organizations.
