We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract to hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the St. Louis and Kansas City areas. We are currently looking for a Senior Organizational Performance Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and team performance
Assess organizational structures, roles, and capabilities to ensure alignment with business priorities
Diagnose talent and organizational challenges and recommend data-driven solutions
Support workforce planning initiatives including role clarity, succession planning, and organizational design
Coach leaders on performance management, talent decisions, and effective leadership practices
Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning to identify high-potential talent and capability gaps
Analyze and synthesize talent data to provide insights on organizational health and bench strength
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align talent strategies across the employee lifecycle
Lead performance calibration processes to ensure consistency and fairness
Continuously improve talent and performance processes for scalability and impact
Support change management initiatives and organizational design efforts
Stay current on industry trends and apply best practices to improve organizational performance
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or related HR functions
Experience supporting talent reviews, succession planning, and talent pipeline development
Experience partnering with and supporting business or technical teams
Proven ability to consult with leaders at various levels, including senior leadership
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
Excellent communication and facilitation skills across diverse audiences
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Experience navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
Must reside in a U.S. region and be able to work Central Time Zone hours
Commitment to incorporating security into all decisions and daily responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or related field
7+ years of relevant professional experience
Experience working in large or global organizations
Experience supporting internal talent mobility or career development programs
Familiarity with organizational change management and design methodologies
