We are currently looking for a Helpdesk Support to join our team.
Responsibilities
Assist with flow and/or resolution of incidents and service requests in ServiceNow
Partner with global IT colleagues on defining, resolving, and/or escalating various IT issues
Work with internal IT teams on project specific tasks as assigned: security, audit, etc…
Author and edit support documentation as assigned in Service Now knowledge base
Adopt a mindset of continuous improvement – our processes are your processes
Participate in oncall rotation for emergency/production issues
Promote, support, and train colleagues in the use and adoption of new technologies and tools within the organization
Required Qualifications
Associates degree in a technology discipline (computer science, cybersecurity, network engineering), business administration or relevant business systems
Certifications with experience (Comptia A+, Network+, MCSA, MCDST, CCNA, etc)
Minimum three years’ experience in support of global infrastructure in a multinational organization
Troubleshooting experience with hardware, desktop applications, cloud applications, middleware, Office 365, and related security protocols in each
Training experience
The ability to prioritize workload with regard to issues, tasks, projects, and new contacts
You are customer-centric and solution-oriented
This is a remote position requiring the ability to work unsupervised at your home office
Presentable work environment for on camera Teams meetings and training sessions
