Systems Analyst – Global Payroll Applications
Adaptive Solutions Group is seeking a Systems Analyst – Global Payroll Applications to join our team.
Position Summary
This role is responsible for providing technical expertise in analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining payroll system–based applications. The position supports global payroll and HR operations by ensuring system integrity, managing configurations, and partnering with end-users to optimize processes and workflows.
Responsibilities
Application Maintenance and Support

Administer global payroll systems, including scheduling, database maintenance, and upgrades
-
Configure pay rules, accruals, schedules, wage types, and holiday calendars
-
Ensure successful execution of business processes and data integrations
-
Conduct audits to maintain data integrity and identify process improvement opportunities
-
Develop and execute test scripts for system updates and regression testing
Customer Engagement
-
Collaborate with end-users to troubleshoot and resolve issues
-
Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
-
Communicate regularly with internal teams to align on system expectations and needs
Process Management
-
Create and maintain technical documentation, including requirements and operating procedures
-
Ensure system efficiency, data integrity, and compliance with security protocols
-
Develop and deliver user training and process documentation
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications in a related field
-
7–10 years of experience supporting payroll or HR systems (e.g., SAP, UKG, Kronos, or similar platforms)

Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills
-
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
-
Knowledge of payroll principles, employment regulations, and best practices

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience with global payroll operations or multinational system environments
-
Exposure to system implementation or upgrade projects
Work Environment
-
Remote role with occasional travel within the United States and internationally
-
Flexibility to work outside standard business hours to support global operations
