We are currently looking for a Full Stack Support Engineer to join our team.
Provide support to customers and business users, mostly answering questions about the features and capabilities platform.
Write new Markup/CSS templates for customer facing Alert pages.
Investigate distributed microservices to find root causes of unwanted system behavior.
Use data platform to investigate specific sensors, alarms, etc. at end-user request via SQL query.
Work with in house Developers to understand the IOT platform, identifying areas for improvement.
2-5 years of experience as a Developer, Full-Stack Engineer or Support Engineer.
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant experience.
Experience with root cause failure analysis/ troubleshooting.
Availability to participate in a 24x7 on call rotation.
Customer and end-user empathy.
