We are currently looking for a Financial Reporting Manager to join our team.

We are currently looking for a Financial Reporting Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a team responsible for accounting operating expenses, consolidating and reporting monthly financials, and managing annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure accurate general ledger entries and timely financial statement reporting.
- Review and validate journal entries, account reconciliations, and overhead analyses.
- Lead preparation of annual financial statements and audit deliverables.
- Provide technical accounting guidance in accordance with GAAP.
- Analyze and explain budget-to-actual variances.
- Manage budgeting software performance and provide support to internal stakeholders throughout the planning cycle.
- Supervise and mentor staff, providing training, guidance, and professional development.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and support global collaboration efforts.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives and present complex financial insights to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably including financial reporting and public accounting.
- Strong technical knowledge of GAAP.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to all levels of an organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- 11+ years of accounting experience.
- Prior supervisory experience.
- Experience supporting or managing audit processes.
- Exposure to budgeting and forecasting tools and methodologies.
- Project management experience and a strategic mindset.
