Overview
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support key financial planning and analysis initiatives across the organization. This role will play a critical part in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting, while partnering closely with accounting and treasury functions. This role will play a critical part in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting, while partnering closely with accounting and treasury functions. The ideal candidate is a dedicated finance professional who enjoys building structure, delivering insights, and supporting strategic decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Support FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial projections
- Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives
- Gather, analyze, and prepare data for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages
- Track, develop, and deliver key financial metrics and company KPIs for leadership
- Partner closely with accounting to support and enhance FP&A initiatives
- Provide ongoing support to treasury related functions as needed
- Assist leadership with financial insights, variance analysis, and ad hoc reporting
Reporting Structure & Collaboration
- Reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer
- Works closely with senior accounting and treasury team members on a day to day basis
- Partners with executive leadership to support data driven decision making
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related finance role
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Experience preparing financial reports and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems or BI tools preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross functionally
