Job Description
Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract to hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the Kansas City and St. Louis Areas.
We are currently looking for a Field Services Support Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair or replace any defective IT, Network, CCTV, Telephone, or Alarm equipment.
Perform Computer relocations during store remodels and special projects.
Perform monthly preventative maintenance and generator tests.
Complete in-store special projects by project due date.
Provide on-call emergency after-hours support for down IT equipment
Provide technical assistance and backup to other Support Engineers and other departments
Required Qualifications
Be able to use and execute the appropriate industry diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and repair IT equipment.
Must have a valid driver’s license at all times and operate a cargo van.
Able to setup, configure and operate the latest operating systems on computers and servers
Able to configure switches and routers
Communicate effectively with store management on planned IT upgrades.
