Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract to hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the St. Louis and Kansas City areas. We are currently looking for a Director of Paid Search to join our team.
Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of paid search professionals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Delegate tasks clearly, set goals and provide timely feedback
• Analyze performance data, identify insights and adjust strategies to improve key metrics
• Collaborate with cross functional partners to align paid search efforts with broader initiatives
• Develop and execute paid search strategies across major platforms to support business objectives
• Manage and optimize large scale campaigns while monitoring budgets and performance
• Stay current with trends, tools and best practices in paid search
• Translate data into recommendations and actionable steps
• Maintain a proactive, testing focused approach to campaign management
• Communicate results, insights and recommendations clearly to internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• At least six years of paid search experience with a record of measurable results
• Strong expertise with major search and social advertising platforms
• Three or more years of experience leading and managing a team
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns effectively
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with programmatic advertising or integrating paid search with broader digital strategies
• Relevant platform certifications
• Familiarity with analytics tools
• Experience working in a fast paced environment
General Location
• Position is based in the Midwest region with the opportunity for a hybrid schedule
