Director of Client & Program Implementations
Adaptive Solutions Group is partnering with a growing organization on the search for a Director of Client & Program Implementations. This individual will play a critical role in leading new client and program implementations, ensuring successful onboarding, strong communication, and alignment with client expectations and contractual commitments.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client management, implementation leadership, project/program management, and process improvement. This role will partner across multiple departments to develop implementation strategies, manage project timelines, improve operational processes, and ensure successful delivery for clients.
Candidates with experience in technology-driven environments are highly encouraged to apply. While not required, experience working with SQL, Azure, data environments, or technical implementation projects is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client and program implementations from initial planning through successful execution and completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and success criteria aligned with organizational goals and client agreements
- Manage communication between internal teams, leadership, and external clients
- Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, roadblocks, and mitigation strategies
- Create and maintain implementation documentation, procedures, checklists, and operational workflows
- Identify challenges and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate priorities and deliver successful outcomes
- Develop and improve implementation processes to support scalability and operational efficiency
- Establish and monitor KPIs, reporting, and performance metrics
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in client management, implementation, onboarding, project management, or program management
- Experience leading complex client implementations or enterprise onboarding initiatives
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
- Experience developing processes, documentation, KPIs, and operational procedures
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Jira or Monday.com
- Experience with SQL, Azure, data platforms, or technology-focused implementations is a strong plus
