We are currently looking for a Director  of  Information Security to join our team.

 

Position Description
  • Deep knowledge of IAM applications, relevant technology and industry best practices, including understanding of enterprise level authentication, authorization and governance strategies and protocols
  • Design, build and operate an IAM Program for large and geographically dispersed organizations
  • Drive the maturity and/or transformation of IAM with new/existing solutions that meet business and security objectives
  • Ensure solutions developed across organization are aligned to architecture standards and principles, leverage common solutions and services, and meet financial targets (cost and benefits)
  • Analyze, influence, and translate security requirements into concepts and strategies that align with our overall technology vision
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic direction that enhances and supports business processes
  • Conduct analysis to determine best path for solving business problems/opportunities that may include process improvement, systems enhancement, and/or user training
  • Provide leadership in establishing and implementing standards, guidelines and best practices for the development, deployment and support of IAM solutions
  • Establish cross-functional relationships which allow for cohesive strategy development and alignment with other information security and IT initiatives
  • Build strong relationships across our Global IT teams to ensure consistency, transparency, and best practices 
  • High level of analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Strong organizational, oral communication and project management skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Knowledge and personal practices in staying current with security trends, specifically related to Identity and Access Management
  • Lead high-quality execution of transformational process improvement initiatives
  • Establish KPIs, identify opportunities and improve processes
  • Build and develop teams which are integrated and high performing
  • Effective management of key vendor relationships

 

Required Qualifications
  • 9 or more years of experience in Information Security or related experience
  • 5 or more years of experience as a strategic leader of Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Expertise of Identity and Access Management industry tools, best practices and emerging technology
  • Experience successfully leading teams through transformation
  • Experience leading and managing resource planning to support business objectives
  • Prior success developing high performing teams through executing responsibilities including career planning/support, training, interviewing, hiring, rewarding, disciplining, and performance and salary reviews.
  • Proven success championing the strategic direction of an organization including the ability to articulate a clear, concise strategic vision and direction of the company
  • Ability to influence and collaborate throughout all levels of the organization
  • Ability to foster and maintain outstanding executive relationships across various constituents to promote understanding and produce results
  • Proven ability to establish global strategic objectives (short and long-term) and drive implementation of tactical plans and objectives
  • Demonstrated success in achieving desired outcomes of global, complex projects
  • Ability to attract and develop employees capable of achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
  • Past success identifying and targeting talent for new opportunities for further individual and organizational development
  • Ability to successfully lead, define, and manage service level agreements to meet customer expectations and quality standards
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, collaborate effectively, communicate directly and achieve results
  • Demonstrated experience planning and implementing a strategic vision, including anticipating and navigating road blocks to achieve success
  • Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage operations while driving and implementing strategic change
  • Superb relationship management skills, specifically related leading change with the ability to create a non-adversarial atmosphere and be viewed as a partner
  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

 

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor' s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field
