We are currently seeking a Digital Product Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
• Drive the development and implementation of digital products and services that enhance user experience, increase engagement, and improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for new digital solutions.
• Define digital requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on user and business needs.
• Partner with cross functional teams, including UX, development, and operations, to ensure timely delivery of high quality digital solutions.
• Manage the full digital product lifecycle from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization.
• Develop and maintain a digital roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements.
• Conduct user testing and analyze feedback to inform iterative improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of digital products with broader organizational offerings.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to identify best practices and areas for innovation.
• Support ongoing enhancement of omni channel communication tools, including self service platforms, digital assistance, and member support channels.
• Provide leadership to digital support staff, including direction, task delegation, performance evaluation, coaching, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate communication and teamwork across departments to support broader organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in digital product or digital support management.
• Experience managing third party vendors.
• Experience with agile methodologies and user centered design principles.
• Minimum two years of experience working with senior leadership on strategic planning or road mapping.
• Familiarity with digital product management tools such as workflow systems, project plans, or system diagrams.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency with common office software and the ability to learn internal systems and tools.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in digital product or digital support management within a service driven environment.
• Understanding of organizational operations, processes, or regulatory considerations.
