We are currently looking for a Digital Media Project Manager to join our team.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

The Project Manager is the subject matter expert for delivery processes and PMO standards. The Project Manager is the central figure for identifying and owning the tactical plan to execute a defined scope of activities and deliverables. This role is pivotal to agency function since the Project Manager is the primary owner of the project schedule, scope, and financial reporting, and oversees adherence to scope and budget. 


  • Project plan creation
  • Author and share project charter
  • Review and distribute meeting recaps
  • Lead project kickoff and status meetings  
  • Interpret and distribute project burn analysis
  • Create and supervise PC updates of resource management plan
  • Inform portfolio forecast plan
  • Project change impact analysis
  • Contribute inputs to project status
  • Manage non-complex tactical projects from inception to completion
  • Monitor project scope throughout the project lifecycle to minimize or eliminate scope creep
  • Monitor project budget and stay ahead of issues that can cause overages
  • Apprise project stakeholders of detailed project information: burn against plan hours and funding limit, health, risks, and mitigation plans
  • Form strategic partnerships with Account Services, Finance and other key functional teams
  • Identify risk, build and execute mitigation plan, and deliver impact assessments
  • Mentor and train project coordinators
  • Ensure that adequate project documentation (FRD, BRD, etc.) exists on enterprise systems


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Understands general PMO topics and disciplines
  • Knows how to develop a project plan
  • Experience in leading meetings
  • Experience in creating repeatable and menu card estimations
  • Understands how to identify and escalate project risk
  • Can maintain a balanced and prioritized workload
  • Effective communicator (written and verbal)
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Can understand and drive processes
  • Comfortable working in technology
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Detail orientated
