Job Description

We are currently looking for an DevOps Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Achieve deep understanding and knowledge of the current Azure Cloud Implementation (integrations, operational workflows, etc.).
- Work closely with the Technical Services Team and CSP to provision and maintain standard, secure, reliable, and consistent Azure Cloud implementations across the company.
- Maintain and enhance Azure Cloud resources, configure monitoring and alerting of Azure resources, and ensure Azure resources are optimized for performance and cost.
- Promptly identify, communicate, diagnose, and resolve all technical issues/shortcomings.
- Monitor and assess production systems and logs and alerts for production issues.
- Design and maintain production dashboards to improve responsiveness and effectiveness to production issues when they arise.
- Create, maintain, and improve Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines and monitor performance and resolve observed or reported issues.
- Implement Continuous Delivery and execute automated or manual deployments of applications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related discipline such as Computer Science, Computer Programming and/or relevant field, or demonstrated work experience equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience provisioning, configuring, supporting, and monitoring systems and applications in Azure.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience implementing CI/CD processes and pipelines in Azure.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a software engineer or software architect.
- Must be a self-learner with the ability to pick up new technologies and provide tangible results.
- Detail oriented and customer service minded with experience working with outside vendors to deliver custom we and distributed solutions.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
