Job Description
Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract to hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the Kansas City and St. Louis areas.
We are currently looking for a Deployment Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the Windows10 Deployment.
- Work with teams to set expectations and ensure they are ready for the deployment, coordinating with vendor to schedule hardware upgrades and lifecycle replacements, ensuring the schedule is current.
- Some end-user support may be required.
- High-level collaboration and communication with the Project Manager, Scrum Master, Change Management, Leadership, and Vendor.
- Must be able to work on-site, may require traveling to alternate locations.
- High School Diploma
- Experience with OS deployments in the enterprise
- Experience with issue tracking and follow-up
- Technical understanding of Windows 10
- Exceptional organization & communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience using SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, etc.
- Bachelor's Degree
- SCCM knowledge
- Previous IT Service Desk experience
