CRM Data Clean-Up and Data Entry Specialist
Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract to hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the St. Louis and Kansas City areas.

We are currently seeking a CRM Data Clean-Up and Data Entry Specialist to join a client team.
Responsibilities

  • Provide functional and technical support to internal users of a CRM platform.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to records, applications, and system workflows.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support data integrations and process alignment.

  • Review reports to ensure records are moving accurately through integrated systems.

  • Identify missing or incomplete data and update records manually or through bulk uploads.

  • Perform routine reporting and data management activities for non-integrated areas.

  • Merge duplicate records and execute bulk updates to correct data inconsistencies.

  • Support semi-automated processes to update related data across secondary systems.

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper system flow.

  • Follow established processes and documentation standards.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications

  • Two or more years of experience in data entry, CRM administration, or a related role.

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.

  • Ability to analyze data and identify inconsistencies across systems.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and defined processes.

  • Effective problem solving skills.

  • Familiarity with data privacy and compliance standards.

  • Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Experience working with CRM systems and managing large data sets.

  • Basic knowledge of databases, reporting tools, or query languages.

  • Experience supporting structured workflows or applicant or lead management processes.

  • Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, changing environment.
