We are currently seeking a Data Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities
Data Engineering
Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes for ingesting, transforming, and storing data from various sources.
Ensure data infrastructure is reliable, efficient, and scalable.
Collaborate with technology and business teams to integrate data sources and uphold data quality.
Data Visualization
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau.
Present data insights through clear and effective visual storytelling.
Support end users with training and guidance on self-service analytics.
Data Analysis
Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover trends and identify business opportunities.
Partner with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
Deliver actionable recommendations based on data insights.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics with 2+ years of relevant experience OR
High school diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of experience in a data-focused role OR
High school diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of relevant professional experience
Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (e.g., MSSQL, Snowflake)
Experience with Python
Proven ability to develop KPIs, conduct data analysis, and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating dashboards with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
Familiarity with middleware tools (e.g., Mulesoft)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
Awareness of data governance, security, and compliance best practices
