We are currently looking for a Data Scientist to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to design and deliver analytical solutions that drive measurable business impact
- Extract, clean, transform, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Develop predictive and deep learning models to support data-driven decision-making
- Design, execute, and evaluate experiments to measure outcomes and validate assumptions
- Apply causal inference techniques to observational data to uncover meaningful relationships
- Document methodologies, findings, and recommendations in a clear and organized manner
- Create and present reports, dashboards, and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and operationalize analytical solutions
- Support the adoption and continuous improvement of data-driven processes and analytical products
- Incorporate security best practices into daily responsibilities and decision-making
- Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
- Must be located in the Greater St. Louis area
- Master's degree in a statistical, mathematical, engineering, social science, or related quantitative field
- 2+ years of experience with predictive modeling, statistical inference, and deep learning techniques
- Experience using deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Proficiency with Python or R
- Experience presenting technical concepts and analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Commitment to incorporating security considerations into daily responsibilities
- Doctorate degree in a statistical, mathematical, engineering, social science, or related quantitative field
- Experience designing and analyzing experiments
- Experience with data exploration and visualization techniques
- Experience working in Linux/Unix environments
- Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries
- Experience integrating and managing data from multiple sources and formats
- Experience applying causal inference methodologies, including matching, weighting, or related techniques
- Familiarity with deploying and operationalizing machine learning models
- Hybrid work schedule available
- Candidates should be located within the St. Louis regional area to support occasional onsite collaboration
