Job Description
Data Governance Analyst
Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract-to-hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the St. Louis and Kansas City areas.
We are currently seeking a Data Governance Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in data management, governance, and data quality for master data.
- Define key data elements and collaborate with IT on data build, testing, and implementation.
- Curate and catalog data elements while implementing role-based data security based on business and IT requirements.
- Create and maintain documentation, including data lineage and data flow diagrams.
- Support data governance program strategies, roadmaps, and project plans.
- Work with IT and business stakeholders to implement data governance policies and resolve data-related issues.
- Design, develop, and implement data standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data integrity and quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of four years of relevant experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience with Oracle Human Resources, Immuta, Alation, or Databricks.
