Job Description
Data Engineer
Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract to hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the St. Louis and Kansas City areas. We are currently looking for a Data Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines

Work with AWS services to ensure efficient data operations

Develop and optimize workflows using Python and Airflow

Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve pipeline performance
-
Collaborate with team members to support ongoing data initiatives
-
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability for business use
Required Qualifications
-
Strong expertise in AWS cloud services
-
Hands-on experience with ETL process design and management
-
Proficiency in Python for data engineering tasks

Experience with Airflow
-
Familiarity with GlueJobs or similar tools

Solid understanding of data pipeline architecture and optimization
Preferred Qualifications

Proven ability to independently own and deliver technical solutions

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
-
Experience supporting scalable, high-availability data environments
