Data & Billing Systems Analyst

Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract-to-hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the Kansas City and St. Louis areas. We are currently looking for a Data & Billing Systems Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the relaunch of the billing system, ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows.
  • Work closely with finance, operations, and IT teams to optimize billing and inventory management processes.
  • Develop and refine data reports using AWS, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Analyze key business metrics to improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues to maintain system accuracy.
  • Assist in automating billing and inventory reporting processes.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience with billing systems and inventory management.
  • Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in AWS, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in medium-to-large companies handling diverse data responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data integrity management.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
