Job Description
Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract to hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the Kansas City and St. Louis areas.
We are currently looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join our team.

We are currently looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Communicates with distributors, representatives and customers via phone and email to address inquiries and provides solutions
- Processes incoming purchase orders
- Processes sample request
- Makes outbound follow up calls
- Processes reports and returns
- Identifies and recommends ways to improve sales and customer support procedures
- Handles data entry in a consistent, timely and accurate fashion.
- Works with outside sales representatives to keep customer displays and literature up to date.
- Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database.
- Develops and maintains relationships with purchasing contacts.
- Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries.
- Places and tracks customer orders.
- Answers inbound customer calls and makes outbound follow-up calls as necessary.
- Performs account maintenance such as change address, history, new accounts, etc.
- Initiates claim actions for damaged, misdirected, or lost shipments.
- Processes credit and debit requests as needed
- Supports all marketing promotional initiatives.
- Establishes and maintains partnership with assigned sales representatives and management to
- support defined business requirements and drive customer satisfaction.
- Provides direct support to a minimum of 20 Sales Representatives and provides support.
- Generates sales quotations and revisions.
- Produces return material authorizations (RMAs).
- Places and tracks orders for Sales Representatives’ sample inventory accounts.
- Acts as a liaison on behalf of the Sales Representative with other internal departments.
- Ensures professional and timely communication with customers and sales representatives in accordance with established customer service protocols.
- Supports other related departments such as Sales, Marketing, etc., as required to drive customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ Years of Experience in a similar role
- Experienced in MS Office Products- especially Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills via phone and email
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to change
- Computer and tech savvy skills
- Looking for someone who wants to grow with company
