Job Description
Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract to hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the Kansas City and St. Louis areas.
We are currently looking for a Contract Billing Accountant to join our team.

We are currently looking for a Contract Billing Accountant to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Ensure equipment and service invoicing adheres to contract terms promptly and accurately.
- Monitor equipment installations and relocations.
- Establish billing schedules and execute billing activities accordingly.
- Invoice property taxes, service fees, and interest charges.
- Generate Commission Payables based on customer payments received.
- Manage and submit transmittals for esteemed clientele.
- Upload invoices to customer portals as necessary.
- Provide support during the Year-End Audit process.
- Perform additional tasks as delegated.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in revenue accounting and/ or billing
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook,.
- Ability to function In accordance with established procedures and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- BS or equivalent work experience.
