Job Description

Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology and professional services personnel. We provide a variety of professionals available for contract, contract to hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the St. Louis and Kansas City Areas, as well as some remote opportunities.

We are currently looking for a Contract Administrator to join the team.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, negotiate, and review company contracts, including sales, accounting, and business partnerships.
  • Prepare standard contracts such as Business Associate Agreements, NDA, Vendor Contracts, etc.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Accounting departments to identify contract needs.
  • Update existing contracts and track all contracts that are in process.
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email in regard to contractual information.
  • Support negotiations of claims, manage contractual changes, and facilitate resolution of contractual issues.
  • Upon contract execution, this position will approve & release for processing and product manufacturing.
  • Assist with steps to ensure business compliance.
  • Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract term.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of contract and contractual language experience
  • Accounting and math skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to start and switch tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Able to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.
