We are seeking a highly driven and relationship-focused Client Success Manager to support a portfolio of key clients in a growing and dynamic environment. This role combines client engagement, data-driven insights, and operational execution to ensure strong customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth. The individual in this role will provide proactive support and strategic guidance following the completion of the sales cycle and will work to strengthen long-standing client partnerships.
This position offers a broad regional work opportunity and may include a hybrid schedule based on organizational needs.
Compensation
$80,000 to $90,000 annually based on experience.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong business relationships
• Deliver ongoing support, insights, and reporting to drive client satisfaction and product adoption
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and additional services to support client success and revenue retention
• Provide regular updates on initiatives, deliverables, and programs impacting client outcomes
• Coordinate internal resources to support client needs and maximize service delivery
• Manage escalations, lead cross-functional collaboration, and ensure successful resolution of client issues
• Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance client experience and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• 2 to 5+ years in a client-facing or account management role
• Demonstrated success managing client relationships and cross-functional initiatives
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort presenting both virtually and in person
• Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver results under deadlines
• Analytical problem-solving ability and sound judgment
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience leading cross-functional projects or teams
• Project management background or exposure
