Job Description

Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract to hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the Kansas City and St. Louis areas.

We are currently looking for a Change Management and Communications Specialist to join our team.


Responsibilities
  • Contributes to the development of an end-to-end change management strategy and associated implementation plans in support of projects/initiatives/efforts.
  • Activities may include, but are not limited to, stakeholder identification and outreach, change network development and management organizational readiness assessments, resistance management planning, communications planning, and training program development.
  • Works with project teams to gather and analyze detailed information about process and system designs and their impact on various stakeholder groups.
  • Understands the significance of the changes within the functional areas to provide information and recommendations about intended or unintended impacts on individuals
  • Identifies human and organizational risks and elevates these risks and other issues that may impact success.
  • Contributes to and supports communications efforts.
  • Facilitates organizational change events.
  • Measures effectiveness of efforts and make adjustments where necessary.
  • Develop communication plans for project/initiatives/efforts.
  • Creates and writes communications utilizing the various communication channels (blog posts, monthly digest, direct communications, announcements, etc.).
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in business administration, change management, communications, or related field.
  • Change Management certification (i.e. Prosci) or comparable certification highly preferred.
  • Experience in leading and facilitating teams to develop change management and communications plans.
  • Experience utilizing various technologies to execute and deliver change management and communications objectives.
  • Experience in generating and using utilization metrics to drive user adoption/engagement.
  • Basic knowledge and experience in human resources and/or financial operations.
  • Experience utilizing and understanding business processes in Workday or any other human resources and/or finance ERP system.
  • Experience in using CRM systems to develop and manage constituent relationships. Experience in using data from these systems to develop and execute targeted communications via e-mail campaign management systems.
  • Ability to identify, learn, integrate, utilize and train others on electronic tools that enhance work productivity and effectiveness.
