Job Description
Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract to hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the St. Louis and Kansas City areas.
Change Management Consultant to join our team.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute change management strategies and plans aligned with project objectives, timelines, and business needs.

Provide hands-on change management support for large-scale business transformation, technology implementation, organizational change, and process improvement initiatives.

Conduct stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and change-risk evaluations.

Translate assessment findings into targeted communication, engagement, training, sponsorship, and resistance-management activities.

Integrate change management milestones and activities into overall project plans.

Partner with project sponsors and business leaders to strengthen sponsorship, leadership alignment, and organizational readiness.

Develop stakeholder engagement plans tailored to different audiences and levels of influence.

Coach and prepare leaders and managers to communicate changes effectively, address employee concerns, and reinforce new expectations.

Develop change communications, key messages, talking points, FAQs, presentations, leader toolkits, and other employee-facing materials.

Partner with communications, training, project management, human resources, technology, and operational teams to coordinate change activities.

Develop and execute training strategies and plans supporting successful adoption.

Track change activities, risks, stakeholder engagement, employee feedback, readiness, and adoption progress.

Develop adoption and reinforcement strategies to help sustain organizational change.

Apply established change management methodologies, tools, standards, and templates consistently across initiatives.

Partner with internal change practitioners and external project partners to coordinate change management efforts.

Help develop organizational change management tools, resources, processes, and internal capabilities.
-
Manage multiple priorities independently and adjust focus based on changing project needs.
-
3-5+ years of dedicated, hands-on change management experience.
-
Demonstrated experience owning the full change management lifecycle for large-scale transformation initiatives.

Experience developing and executing comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
-
Experience conducting change impact, stakeholder, readiness, and leadership assessments.
-
Experience developing stakeholder engagement and leadership coaching plans.
-
Experience creating and executing communication and training strategies.
-
Experience developing adoption, reinforcement, and resistance-management approaches.
-
Strong understanding of established change management methodologies and principles.
-
Ability to independently lead change activities while collaborating with project teams, business leaders, and other stakeholders.
-
Strong communication, facilitation, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and shifting priorities.
-
Prosci Change Management certification or comparable change management credential.
-
Strong knowledge of Prosci and ADKAR methodologies.
-
Experience supporting ERP, HRIS, or other enterprise technology implementations, including platforms such as Oracle Cloud Fusion or Workday.

Experience supporting organizational restructuring, business integration, shared-services, or other enterprise transformation initiatives.
-
Experience collaborating with project management, communications, human resources, learning and development, technology, and operational teams.
-
Experience partnering with third-party consulting or implementation firms while coordinating internal change management efforts.

Experience developing change management toolkits, processes, training materials, and organizational change capabilities.
