Job Description
Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract to hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the Kansas City and St. Louis, areas.
We are currently looking for a C++ Developer to join our team.

We are currently looking for a C++ Developer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance C++ applications and components
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Implement unit tests with code
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Implement Cloud Native Architecture principles and best practices in software design and development
- Perform maintenance tasks on existing C++ codebase, including bug fixes, optimizations, and updates
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in C++ development
- Proficiency in object-oriented design principles and design patterns
- Experience with database technologies, preferably Oracle
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS
- Experience with Cloud Native Architecture concepts and practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
