Job Description

We are currently looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system functionalities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Facilitate communication to ensure a clear understanding of business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize system enhancement requests.
- Plan and conduct thorough testing of system changes and enhancements.
- Develop test plans, execute test cases, and ensure the quality and reliability of delivered solutions.
- Collaborate with users to validate that system changes meet business requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
- Collaborate with business users to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.
- Ensure Power Automate workflows align with business goals and requirements.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and address issues identified during testing.
- Ensure that implemented solutions meet business expectations and are free of defects.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Agile/DevOps
- Proven record of positive progress
- Experience in the finance or tech space.
- Eager to learn, good attitude, good initiative.
- Personable
- Able to handle complex situations
- Eager to learn development/tech
