We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our team.
7 years of BA experience
Provide LOE for the Business Solutions Analyst effort.
Publish and manage deliverables including but not limited to:
Gap Analysis - Analyze/document current and future business process models as Workflow diagrams/Visual presentations
Create use cases, Agile backlog stories
Detailed Business Requirements/business rules (BRD)
Create functional specification document or Agile user story documents
Mandatory Healthcare provider experience and domain knowledge.
Mandatory Agile Scrum experience
Experience working on multiple projects
Exceptional presentation and communication skills which will include organizing meetings with varied participants from multiple functions across the business. Solid communication skills and building relationship.
Tools: Office suite, Requirements gathering tool
