We are currently looking for a Branch Manager to join the team.
Oversee and coordinate successful branch operations & brand growth.
Responsible for relationship expansion, member retention, business development, and community involvement.
Provide financial direction to assist members in meeting their goals.
Convey information to members on products and services in an enthusiastic and positive manner.
Educate new and existing customers on these products and services.
Ensure that proper policies, guidelines, and procedures are in place to meet the strategic goals of the branch.
Interview, Hire, Coach/ Mentor, and provide development opportunities for branch's staff.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Three + years’ experience in a financial institution.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Knowledge and ability to supervise and effectively lead staff.
Exceptional member service skills.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
Must possess superior problem-solving skills.
Ability to network with community partners within the branch market.
Demonstrated track record of leading sales teams to achieve organizational goals.
