Job Description
Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology and professional services personnel. We provide a variety of professionals available for contract, contract to hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the St. Louis and Kansas City Areas, as well as some remote opportunities.
We are currently looking for a Billing Specialist to join the team.

We are currently looking for a Billing Specialist to join the team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, print, and distribute prebills according to company standards.
- Revise prebills as directed.
- Carefully execute complex adjustments in an accurate and timely manner.
- Prepare and distribute invoices as instructed.
- Coordinate with the e-billing department to resolve rejections for e-billed invoices.
- Respond to client and attorney billing inquiries promptly and completely.
- Maintain highest level of customer service.
- Identify and resolve billing inaccuracies.
- Regularly participate in meetings, as assigned.
- Proficient in 3E, Proforma Tracker, InTapp Time, Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Seek growth opportunities, offer assistance with special projects.
- Suggest improvements for the billing process and systems procedures.
- Other duties as assigned
- Two-year degree preferred or related work experience of at least 3 years.
- Must Have Legal/ Law Industry Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and staff.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Highest standards of honesty and integrity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Required Qualifications
- Professional service firm experience preferred.
- Elite Enterprise/3E and Bill Blast experience a plus
